Olive IP provides prepaid data service, so any cancellations are processed as a non-renewal. You can cancel by emailing support@oliveip.com. When you do please include the following information.

Email on your account (if different from the sending email):

Reason for cancelling:


If you are leasing equipment from Olive IP, a return of that equipment will be required to fully stop service. We reserve the right to request the SIM card be returned on all cancelled accounts within 7 days of termination.


If you have recently purchased equipment you may opt to sell back your equipment to us at the applicable return rate found at www.oliveip.com/fees.


If you are in a current financing agreement, per that agreement you may either pay off the remainder of the note, or return the equipment.
