Make sure the VoIP adapter is connected to power and plugged into a LAN port of your router.

To access and change the configuration of your Cisco SPA 112 VoIP ATA, you will need to find the assigned IP address of the device by accessing the user interface of your router and finding the DHCP lease list. Look for a device labeled "SPA 112".

Once you have found the IP address, open a web browser and enter the address in the search bar.

Enter the username and password below.

Admin: admin

Password: admin

Once you have accessed the user interface, enter the following credentials.


Display Name: Enter your name

User ID: Ask an Olive IP support representative

Password: Ask an Olive IP support representative

Dial Plan: (911S0|310xxxx|<:1512>[2-9]xxxxxx|1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|*xx|***xxx|*xx.|[3468]11|822|0|00|4xxx|**275*x.|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

Click on submit and reboot your ATA. The reboot typically takes around 2 minutes to complete.
