Not to worry! All of our plans are unlimited! Simply ignore these messages and they are common on some specific LTE devices running certain firmware. If you are seeing this message, you more than likely have a Netgear Model device in which this message is built into the firmware when using an AT&T based plan. You can always download the Netgear Mobile app and set-up those data use notifications/ warnings appropriately. These types of messages will not affect your ability to use the internet or service. If you ever have any issues with the LTE Gateway itself not functioning correctly, or if there is a glitch in your service, contact us and we will resolve as quickly as possible.
If you prefer not to receive these notifications, they can be disabled in the modem's settings. Refer to the user manual of your specific device for instructions on disabling notifications.
