All of our plans are no contract, and no credit checks! Each payment prepays your next 30 days (prepaid service). You may cancel your subscription with us at anytime by simply returning the LTE Gateway if you are on a lease option or have not purchased the device from us. Monthly charges will continue until the return equipment is received. Additionally, our 7 day trial (applies only to subscription which include device purchase, lease or finance) allows you to try our service at No Risk! If the service does not meet your needs in any way, simply return the device within 14 days from time of receipt for a complete refund of your order total. (One-Time Membership fee, First Month's Service Fee, and shipping cost)
We do have a service agreement that all customer must sign prior to beginning service with us. This is not contract by any means. It is just a modified and simplified way to explain our service, how it works, and a little bit about the operations of our service so that you can be fully aware of the service and to set expectations for both parties. We do our best to ensure everyone is treated fairly and all abide by the same set of rules as outlined in that service agreement.

Pricing does vary / change typically once a year (inflation and carrier plan pricing). An updated service agreement is ALWAYS sent to you prior to starting a new subscription or if a rate change is occurring.
