If you would like to lock onto a specific frequency or band (band lock) please follow the steps below.


  1. Login to the router by connecting to the routers Wifi network or plug into any one of the four yellow Ethernet ports on the back of the modem, open up a web browser and type in 192.168.50.1 in the URL bar field. Hit enter. Enter your devices admin password to log in. (Default admin password is Nutcracker44 or admin)
  2. Navigate to Modem --> Miscellaneous
  3. In the AT-Command Terminal, gain Admin access to the Modem
    1. Type: AT!ENTERCND="A710"
    2. Click Send Command
    3. You should receive a message saying 'Ok'
  4. After this command, you are able to band lock.  Make sure you know which bands will work in the area.  You can use CellMapper.net for help with this.
    1. Verizon
      1. Band 4: AT!BAND=10,"B4",0,8
      2. Band 13: AT!BAND=11,"B13",0,1000
      3. Band 2: AT!BAND=12,"B2",0,2
      4. Band 5: AT!BAND=13,"B5",0,10
      5. Band 4,13 Aggregated: AT!BAND=0F,"Verizon 4,13",0,1008
      6. Band 2,5 Aggregated: AT!BAND=0F,"Verizon 2,5",0,12
      7. Band 5, 13 Aggregated: AT!BAND=0F,"Verizon 5,13",0,1010
    2. AT&T
      1. Band 2: AT!BAND=0A,“B2”,0,0000000000000002
      2. Band 4: AT!BAND=0A,“B4”,0,0000000000000008
      3. Band 5: AT!BAND=0A,“B5”,0,0000000000000010
      4. Band 12: AT!BAND=0A,“B12”,0,0000000000000800
      5. Band 30: AT!BAND=0A,“B30”,0,0000000020000000
  5. You will need to reboot the router and modem to make this change.  


    Side note: To set your modem back to default settings where it will lock on automatically to available bands follow below steps.
    1.     3. In the AT-Command Terminal, gain Admin access to the Modem
    1. Type: AT!ENTERCND="A710"
    2. Click Send Command
    3. You should receive a message saying 'Ok'
    4.  Then type:  AT!BAND=0F,"OliveIP All",00 
    5. Hit send command and then once it says OK go the "System" tab on the left and navigate down to "Reboot" ; click reboot.
