Step 1. Verify you are connected to your Ridgewave 6900 modem via Ethernet (lan connection) or through your wireless router (via wifi connection).


Step 2. Open a web browser and enter the following IP address in the search bar: 192.168.1.254


Enter the following credentials (the default login information):


User name: admin

Password: admin


Step 3. Click on Configuration>Interface Setup>Internet



Step 4. Highlight the "APN" field and enter the correct APN information based on your Olive IP subscription name (listed below)  (Reach out to our support team if you are unsure of the APN setting PRIOR to using the new sim card as failure to properly setup the APN will result in line termination without refunds on service. If you got a sim card from us, the APN setting should be listed on the baggie in which the sim card was sent in)


 - Blue Basic or Premier (AT&T) Plans:  broadband   
- Blue 300 or 450 (AT&T) Plan: vpn.accessmylan.net OR 4gascrs.neo  (Reach out to our support team if you are unsure of the APN setting. If you got a sim card from us, the APN setting should be listed on the baggie in which the sim card was sent in)

 - Pink (T-mobile) Plans:  b2b.static
-  Red (Verizon) Plans:  vzwinternet


Step 6: ****Not required for Red, Pink or generic Blue plans****. (Only applies to Data limited plans on either Blue 300 or Blue 450). Underneath the APN section you will see "PDN Type". Ensure you have "IPV4" selected. Underneath "PDN Type" you'll see "Authentication Protocol", ensure that is "Enabled", and the setting for it (Authentication) needs to be set to "PAP". The Username, password and PIN should all be left blank. 


Step 7: Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit Save/apply. Give it 30 seconds to save and apply those changes. 


Step 8. Power cycle your device by unplugging the power cord of the POE/power supply with the word "Billion" imprinted on it for 2 minutes, then plug it back in. Rebooting of the Ridgewave will takes roughly 5 minutes, but once that 5 minutes has passed, you should be able to connect to your wifi and use the internet.
