No you cannot. The SIM card provided must be installed into the registered device or it will either not work, or it will put the device in which its installed into at risk for suspension. We do not advise you do this as it can also potentially ban (blacklist) your device for fraud if they see a mismatch between the original device's IMEI that the sim card is registered to. 

You can of course reach out to our team and have the sim card re-provisioned to a different IMEI (LTE gateway) by emailing us at support@oliveip.com.
