Have you rebooted or done a factory reset on your device recently? Is it taking longer than 5 minutes for the power indicator light to turn solid green or does the power light constantly blink and never turn solid green? 

If the above does apply, you'll need to conduct device recovery on your mofi4500. See embedded how to video below or click here to open a new tab with the how-to video. I've also attached the Recovery Load File to this support article which will need to be saved to your computer to then upload onto the Mofi.
